A lead enters our system, and a series of separate checks are run on its data points. Data points are the fields in the original online form the prospect submitted, including name, address and phone number.

We analyze the lead to determine things like:

Phone number is validated with major telecom records
Phone number is connected and has been in service for at least 6 months
Phone number is not associated with a pay phone or fax line
Address matches U.S. Postal Service records

These results are what we use to run our 18-point verification process. If a lead does not meet our standard for quality information, it’s automatically rejected.

Some reasons a lead will be rejected include:

Phone number is not valid and address is not a valid USPS address
Name and address don’t match
Disconnected phone
If a number is a pay phone or fax number

Some reasons a lead will be accepted by our verification process include:

Name, address and phone all match
Name and address match, and number is a valid business phone
Name and address match, and number is valid wireless phone

The entire process only takes 3 seconds — which means you’re getting valid data sent to you in real time.

And when we say “verified leads,” it doesn’t mean “you pay extra.” Some companies think it’s okay to charge you a premium just to ensure the leads have valid info.
