What is the "website network" these leads come from?
We operate a small network of proprietary websites called the "QuoteFinancial network". When a prospect visits a QuoteFinancial site, we are in total control of the branding and the message they see. This allows us to make changes to improve lead quality instantly, instead of relying on a third-party to make updates on our behalf. What it means for you is a faster response time to your feedback, better lead quality, and consistent branding that you can use when introducing yourself to a lead.

If your Select leads come from your network, how do you generate your other leads?
We also get leads from leads our expanded network of sites, run by our carefully selected affiliate partners. We have strict rules about the quality of leads we accept from our affiliates. And our affiliate reporting tools are the strongest in the insurance lead industry, allowing us to keep the good leads coming in and turn off any bad sources quickly.

What do you mean by "branded" leads?
Branded leads are prospects that have seen consistent branding across our confirmation pages after a quote request. They are similar to leads driven off your own website, but instead of seeing your branding, they see ours, "QuoteFinancial". When you mention our brand in your phone call you will receive a warmer response than you would from non-branded leads generated through pay-per-click or affiliate marketing.

For example, instead of saying, "I'm following up with your online quote request" you can mention the branding the lead is already familiar with:

"Hi Jim, this is Rob Robertson from ABC Agency. I'm calling to follow up on your online quote request with the Quote Financial Network. Do you have a few minutes to go over your health insurance options?"

Branded leads give you the same warm introduction your own website leads do, but for a more affordable price.

What happens if I'm accepted into this program?
Once accepted you will be asked to sign a 30-day contract in order to officially join Smart Leads Select. The minimum purchase is 2 leads per day. That makes your minimum initial investment $600, or 60 leads. You are also required to put 50% or $300 down initially. Remember, you only have to sell one lead out of 60 to break even on your investment. (Based on the total $600 average annualized commission from a sale of an individual health insurance policy. Commission varies from carrier to carrier.)

Can I get these leads on an exclusive basis?
Smart Leads Select are not available on an exclusive basis. This helps us maintain the volume needed to satisfy buyer demand. Like all of our leads, Smart Leads Select will never be shared with more than 5 brokers.

What happens if I do get a bad lead? How do you guarantee these leads?
All our leads are backed up by a 10-day return policy. As we develop this program you may experience the occasional bad lead. Our web-based lead management tool, BrokerOffice, allows you to return leads online anytime. Just enter in the lead ID and submit it to us.

Our Quality Assurance department manually reviews all lead returns to ensure a lead is truly invalid before issuing credit.

What is the pricing? Is this still on a bid basis?
Unlike the bidding model of our regular Smart Leads program, all Smart Leads Select have a flat price: $10 each for Health leads, and $6 for Uninsurable leads and $10 for Senior.

Age and insurable filters come included with the flat price for a savings of $2 per lead.

What is the closing ratio for these leads?
The program is too new for us to have a concrete number. In the coming months we will be analyzing this through buyer feedback and will issue a report. In the 6 years we have been generating leads, we have determined that leads that come from our proprietary network as opposed to our expanded network give agents the highest closing ratio.

Can I buy just a few leads to try out and see for myself if they're better quality?
Our minimum lead purchase is 2 leads per day for 30 days. We need this small commitment from you in order to execute our search engine marketing campaigns.
